HOUSING FINANCE BANK REPORT

I led the full creative and production process for Housing Finance Bank’s 2023 Integrated Annual Report—a 200+ page document combining financial data, sustainability reporting, governance disclosures, and strategic insights. As the designer, art director, and project lead, I guided the project from client briefing, design concepting, grid development, content structuring, stakeholder alignment, editorial refinement, to final press production.

I developed a clear, modern visual system grounded in a modular grid, clean typographic hierarchy, colour-coded sections, and intuitive data visualisation to organise complex financial, governance, and ESG information. Careful use of white space and precise micro-typography ensured strong readability, consistency, and a trustworthy corporate feel across the entire report.

Beyond design, I led the full project lifecycle; managing timelines, content flow, approvals, and pre-press production to ensure a seamless and accurate final output. The result was a polished, easy-to-navigate annual report that strengthened the bank’s corporate presentation and enhanced stakeholder engagement.
