NWSC CORPORATE PLAN

For the country’s largest water utility provider, I led the full design and production of their multi-year Corporate Plan. It was an extensive strategic document outlining service expansion, infrastructure development, financial projections, and performance targets. My focus was on building a clear, accessible, and highly structured visual system that could organise the diverse content.

I developed a clean grid and layout system that created visual discipline across the document while supporting a wide variety of content types. The typographic hierarchy was intentionally crafted to differentiate strategic pillars, narrative explanation, technical indicators, and data tables. A colour system drawn from the utility’s brand palette was applied functionally to segment sections, highlight performance themes, and make long-form content easier to navigate. Careful use of white space, consistent alignment, and refined micro-typography gave the publication a polished, modern, and institutional feel.

Beyond the design system, I oversaw the entire project lifecycle: client briefing, content structuring, layout development, stakeholder reviews, and final production coordination.
